The British couple Emily and Dan from the platform next door, enjoying a platform beer the football TV and the crowd watching and eating Hugo is helping Norbert getting the solar panels to Sunny the sailmaker who’s also welding aluminium chaos in the salon just because we wanted to tidy up and clean the space under our bow bed
Maspalomas dune and beach
the entrance direction north and south, we were wondering how it usually looks like with all beach loungers occupied the lonely sailor in the hot desert 😂 the trail to the dunes, in the background the maountains desert feeling and finding almost an oasis …trying to get some nice shots was it that? dune vegetation the sailor finding his way through the wildness and taking nice dune impressions and me 😁 the long beach with a few people; the beach was open for the first time that day lots of bars and restaurants, all still closed El Faro de Maspalomas from
different views Maspalomas beach side, hotels, shops etc were all still closed and the streets completely empty my favourite tree at the moment , a Mimosa tree? anyhow, it just is sooooo beautiful! deserted areas everywhere
un mirador in the area of San Bartomolé de Tirajana with spectacular views especially at night times a kiss with a view on our way to find the holy rock of the Guanches, the last decisive battle between the indigenous people and the Spanish conquerors took place here some structures considered to be forticications one of the caves, it’s a bit hard to actually see it here some more caves we were definitely the only visitors far and wide a part of the holy rock stretching my back not being used to sit in a car for hours a nice way to pimp up an ugly dumpster
a quick stop in Santa Lucía de Tirajana to see more caves and important hills and a goat farm on the other side

heading to the end of the valley, to Montagna de las Tierras the view vice versa a circuit around the cave houses/restaurant with amazing views and cosy houses and tiny terraces and a cute cat and an abandoned house/cave … the entrance of the restaurant – it’s definitely not the best pic but🤷♀️ the view from the restaurant the path souvenirs high up i liked this entrance me always enjoying the flowers scary movie, el capitano disappearing in the light if somebody is interested to have a nice accommodation… a bird which was crossing the street in front of us saying hello
