Shopping on the last day before lockdown
we did not shop this fellow, but I thought he would make a nice mascot for the German soccer team Borussia Dortmund 😁 first getting dough at a drive through ATM at the market in St George’s waiting for the rain to stop
Egmont bay
my attempt to capture our little pet the crab 🦀 Barnacle C in peaceful Egmont bay Fort Jeudy Beach at the east side just in front of the entrance to Egmont seamoss farming the exit to the open sea the entrance of Egmont explored by dinghy, Altimate is slightly right behing the corner one of our winches completely dismantled drying laundry under the bimini a fresh nutmeg I’m always impressed of the different layers skinups, my favorite fruit at the moment it looks like a sweet, it tastes like a sweet and you can suck it like a sweet but don’t swallow the stone! Egmont bay and Fort Jeudy Beach Here a different angle of the view. We were on our way to meet Carina for the last time at Le Phare Bleu taking a long detour the most left boat and the most beautiful of course is Altimate we just came up this steep road after a long rain shower, the road started to steam and you can see one of the shallow reefs in the entrance to Egmont which makes the entry into Egmont a bit more exciting now all is green and fresh again the last raindrops led in a kind of levada the little island in front of the east tip of Egmont the resort of Le Phare Bleu
A beautiful long hike through Egmont, Calivigny and Marian
On top of the hill of Egmont headland with a great view over Woburn bay a pretty house another fantastic view, Hog island the grass looks so yammi golden roofs and a spectacular view of the bay almost reaching the area of Woburn scary bridge to enter the construction we found many graves on our hike, just randomly between residential houses all the information you need more graves a small cemetary belonging to… this church lower Woburn in the area of Marian Callalou, a very traditional plant and dish in Grenada, NEVER eat it raw!!! pretty garden I liked this tranquil residential area Calivigny bay, the next bay east of Egmont almost back in our lake just passing the bridge and then we were back home
