Our catch and some pics of Carriacou
Our huge catch a “Mexican Pompano”, 5 kg while under way I was cleaning and filleting the beast, it was enough for three days, yammmmiiiiii Union Island in the back and the “Sister Rocks” in front the last tack into Tyrrel Bay / Carriacou Altimate very close to shore the rice-picker-lady performing yoga on the street even Carriacou is green and colourful at this time of the year the road to Hillsborough the well known roundabout one way to get to Paradise Beach Black Beauty blooming weeds made Carriacou colourful the perfect located beach house here we are again at L´Esterre bay Paradise Beach Club Sandy Island almost in the mangroves Hillsborough bay
Sandy Island and its birds
Sandy Island is an uninhabited cay lying off the west coast of Carriacou. It is a tiny stretch of land surrounded by clear blue waters and coral reefs, where we did some incredible diving 🙂 .Yeah! It has one of the loveliest beaches in the region, excellent snorkelling and a picture-perfect Carribean look: white sand, turquoise water and swaying palm trees.
