this beauty could sail super close haul with its high performance sails and shape, we were a bit jealous as we could only motor sailleaving our overnight stop Point Judith to head for Port Washingtonthe sun trying to squeeze through the hazy morning hours back in PW and off to NYCone of the many churches in Manhattan that couple was funny, he was videoing her booty while walking across the streetfound those guys in the subwaycentral station once againEast River heading southCable car at Queensboro bridge passing Manhattan bridgeskyline of Manhattan financial district, we were just out of the East Rivereveryone knows this big ladywe were motoring but at least enjoying nice weather, almost 24 hours later than the previous picalready pretty far up the Delaware Bay not far from the entrance of the Chesapeake Canalinside the Canal just behind the first bridgethe atmosphere was beautiful and a little fog was hovering over the canal

the small harbour of Chesapeake City, we were so happy to have direct shore access for a change we were just at the entrance at the harbour, the canal was just a step further out with its strong currentthere was little park just next to usand this huge ship was going through the canal – I wouldn’t have thought that it would fit I always thought mushrooms would love shady places?Chesapeake City Harbourmarina, restaurant and entertaining centre all in one building
Rock Hall (14.8-19.8)
almost at the end of the Chesapeake Canal entering Elk River to head to Rock Hallthey were so much bigger than us!!!seagulls loved the sand on the platform the push boat was pushingRock Hall bay, this fisherman was collecting crabs, we could not figure out how he did it, somehow with those little red bags, a complete different way than catching with the crab potswe had a ride around town and checked on our friends boat which was for saleHaven Harbour South Marinagrocery shopping in Rock Hall came with potential tipping for candidates, I wasn’t sure if that was hilarious or scarywe were enjoying a beer at a tiki bar hiding from the rain at Haven Harbor where we docked the dinghyjust liked the pretty grassesoyster manand some beloved crab potsa small souvenir shopkoi fish at the Haven Harbor marina
